About the Role
We are a growing company with an expanding SKU lineup. With this growth comes the need for tighter compliance, organized processes, and reliable support for our Pre-Roll Supervisor. We are looking for a detail-focused PLP Specialist to take ownership of label creation, compliance accuracy, and packaging support. This role is critical to keeping our workflow efficient and our products compliant. We are in an exciting growth phase, regularly adding new SKUs and product types. This is a normal part of our business, and adaptability is key. Pay increases are based on performance and evaluated during scheduled reviews, not tied to the addition of new products.
Core Responsibilities
Create product and compliance labels daily with accurate strain data and OLCC-required testing results
Review all label details for accuracy to prevent compliance issues
Assist in preparing materials for the packaging team and help with hands-on packaging as needed
Maintain organized digital and physical systems for label workflows and materials staging
Communicate with the Pre-Roll Supervisor and Manager to align on priorities and identify potential issues early
What We Are Looking For
Extreme attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors in labeling
Computer proficiency including label software, spreadsheets, and digital file management
Reliability and self-motivation with the ability to focus during repetitive tasks
Strong communication skills to flag issues and align with team priorities
Organizational skills to manage multiple SKUs and maintain efficient workflows
Compliance awareness and commitment to following OLCC guidelines
Adaptable and able to thrive in an environment where new SKUs are introduced regularly as part of normal business growth. Pay increases are based on performance and evaluated during scheduled reviews, not tied to the addition of new products
Ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven role
Requirements
Must be 21 or older with a valid Oregon OLCC marijuana permit
Experience in a compliance-driven production role preferred
Proficiency with spreadsheets and digital record keeping
