About the position
We are looking for Presale Engineer with business acumen to support our Meeting Insights solutions - a Conversational AI platform that helps organizations capture, analyze, and leverage meeting content for business productivity.
This role acts as the business-oriented technical lead and solution consultant across the sales cycle for Meeting Insights opportunities in Israel and selected EMEA markets. Working closely with regional sales teams, channel partners, customer success, product management, and HQ stakeholders, you will lead technical engagements and deliver value-driven customer solutions that directly contribute to business growth.
You will join a team building award-winning technology (Meeting Insights and Meeting Insights On-Prem) and be deeply involved in discovery, customers and partner meetings, POCs, RFP responses and post-sale handover and support.
The role is based in Israel and requires regular travel to customer and partner locations across Europe.
Responsibilities:
Act as the technical lead in customer engagement, from discovery to solution design through POC and deployment
Understand partners and customer needs, technical environments and business challenges to shape tailored, commercially focused solutions
Support sales opportunities across Israel and selected EMEA territories, partnering with regional account executives and channel teams
Travel to customer and partner sites across Europe to conduct discovery workshops, executive presentations, technical validations, and proof-of-concept activities
Serve as the regional Meeting Insights subject matter expert for Israel and EMEA opportunities
Deliver clear, engaging product and solution demonstrations (live, webinar and on-site) and lead technical workshops
Collaborate with sales, business development, and product teams to design winning strategies and proposals
Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance assessments
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product team
Support proof-of-concept projects, solution configuration, and installations with partners and customers
Provide pre-sales technical support to channel partners and enable technical knowledge transfer
Help position Meeting Insights as a strategic, value-driven solution for enterprise meeting intelligence
Articulate the business value of Conversational AI, meeting intelligence, productivity analytics, and compliance use cases to both business and technical stakeholders
Develop strong relationships with partners and customers and serve as a trusted advisor
Track industry trends and surface relevant use‑cases to influence product roadmap and positioning
Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
5+ years of experience in sales engineering, presales consulting, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical roles in SaaS, UCaaS, Collaboration, AI, or Enterprise Software environments
Experience supporting enterprise and mid-market customers through complex sales cycles, including executive-level engagements and multi-stakeholder decision processes
Experience presenting to executive stakeholders, including CIOs, IT leaders, Operations leaders, and business decision-makers
Proven customer-facing skills with strong presentation and communication capabilities. Able to engage both technical teams, senior business stakeholders and decision-makers
Technical understanding of UCaaS/VoIP, enterprise meeting workflows, and cloud/SaaS platforms
Experience with AI-based technologies (Conversational AI, Generative AI, NLP) is a strong advantage
Experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
Familiarity with data privacy, security and compliance requirements for enterprise SaaS solutions.
Familiarity with public cloud meeting services and cloud deployment models.
Strong problem-solving mindset, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and influence outcomes
Fluent English & Hebrew required. Additional European languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel across Europe as required (approximately 20%–40%)
