Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School in University City is seeking a full-time Preschool Aide to support our three- and four-year-old classrooms beginning in January 2027 for the 2026–2027 school year. Our growing school serves more than 325 students in preschool through eighth grade. Join a collaborative team dedicated to fostering a nurturing Catholic environment where every child can learn and thrive.
Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities, lessons, and routines.
Supervise children and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Support students' social, emotional, and developmental growth.
Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and cleanup.
Help students with daily needs, including transitions, hygiene, and snacks.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning and success.
Experience working with young children or assisting in a classroom preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Dependable, flexible, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Patience, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
