✨ About the Role

As Preschool Director, you will:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations.


• Support and mentor teachers and support staff.


• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff.


• Manage enrollment, communication, and parent engagement.


• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

👩‍🏫 Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units (Master Teacher or Director-level units preferred).


• Experience working in early childhood education and in a leadership role.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).


• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a love for young children!
