Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood is growing, and we’re searching for a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Center Director to lead our team. We are expanding our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of educators, fostering a positive and engaging workplace.
• Ensure compliance with all Licensing regulations.
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and enrollment growth.
• Conduct tours and showcase why our school is the best choice for families.
• Create a culture where learning, laughter, and development go hand in hand.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Required).
• 5+ years of childcare experience & 2+ years in a leadership role (Required).
• The ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for early childhood education and supporting teachers & families.
• Ability to pass a background check.
