Job Description - Preschool Director / Principal

The Director / Principal must have 3 years administration experience in addition to at least 3 years of classroom teaching experience. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for authentic early childhood education. A Bachelor is required, experience with STEM and Charter school preferred, and Montessori, Reggio or Waldorf credential is a plus.

Responsibilities include the following:

All aspects of daily operations

Planning and implementation of both short and long-term goals of the organization

Oversight of annual fundraising efforts and Capital Campaign implementation

Ensuring successful adherence to Stars for Quality criteria and the Georgia Regulated Child Care statutes

Faculty support, development and evaluation

Sound fiduciary management of the organization'

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
