Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday)

Requirements
English: ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English. Bilingual in Spanish is a BIG PLUS
- Minimum one-year minimum experience as a teacher
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
What you will be doing
- Lead classroom team to achieve greater effectiveness
- Work with small groups of children ages 0-5 to leverage their learning and model successful behaviors.
- Plan lessons leveraging all areas of development, taking into account the individual needs of the children, using sensory and experiential work and language of thought.
- Conduct a target setting and perfomance review meeting and report card
- Constant reading and research in the area of education, receive feedback during coaching sessions or on a day-to-day basis
- Participate in contsant trainning
