Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.
You are passionate about learning and helping students reach their potential. With strong creative and problem-solving skills, you love connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities
**Safety of children. Creating a supervised and positive environment while knowing and following licensing regulations.
**Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum and lesson plans while keeping parents informed
**Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
**Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
**Communicate with parents and other school personnel
**Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
Qualifications
**Preferred Associates or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or working towards Early Childhood degree
**Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
**Problem-solving and mediation skills

Lil’ Einsteins was established in 2007 in Gilbert, AZ. As educators, we wanted a school for our children that had dedicated, well-trained teachers to instill the love of learning at an early age. The owners, directors and many of our teacher’s children have gone through the program.
