About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team at Sleepy Hollow Day Care Center. As a leader in early childhood education, we provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities

Provide a safe and supportive learning environment

Observe and assess children's development and progress

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and aides

Requirements:

MSDE Certified as Lead Teacher

State teaching certification or licensure

Previous experience working with preschool-aged children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for early childhood education and child development
