The Operations Support Manager specializes in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of Celebree children through the flawless execution of identified safety measures, rituals, and routines. The Operations Support Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and secure environment by overseeing the implementation and compliance of child supervision protocols ensuring appropriate supervision is maintained at all times. Education/Experience:
Skills
Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
Observation Skills:
Keen observational skills to assess and understand the needs and emotions of children and teachers. The ability to identify potential issues or challenges and proactively address them.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Problem-Solving:
Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations during transitions.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in managing transitions. Adjusting plans as needed to accommodate the individual needs of children and families.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborative mindset to work closely with teachers, leadership, and parents.
Organizational Skills:
Keeping track of schedules, resources, and relevant information.
