The Position:

In this role, you will lead soccer classes for preschool-aged children, focusing on basic skills such as dribbling, passing, and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive format. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, have experience working with young children, and possess a genuine passion for teaching bright young minds.

• Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage each child's development and confidence.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that prioritizes fun and safety.
• Engage with parents and provide updates on their child's progress and experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve coaching skills.

Our instructors can work between 3-5 classes per week and earn between $20 and $40 per hour.

• Passion for working with children and a love for sports.
• Positive and engaging personality that inspires young athletes.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with parents and children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to various class locations.
• Ability to set up and prepare the class environment before sessions.
• No prior soccer experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• Availability on weekdays, particularly Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
