About the Role:
We're seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to bring energy, creativity, and structure to our Palm Bay campus. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, thinking outside the box, and building lasting relationships with young learners.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver fun, engaging, age-appropriate lessons


• Track student progress and meet regularly with the Academic Director


• Build positive, professional relationships with students and parents


• Keep the classroom organized, clean, and safe


• Support school events, meetings, and training sessions


• Follow all school and state safety protocols


• Maintain a minimum of 12 CEUs per academic year

Qualifications:

• Florida DCF 45-Hour Certification (required)


• Early childhood education or preschool teaching experience


• Classroom and behavior management skills


• Clear communicator, team player, and lifelong learner


• Comfortable working with both neurodiverse and neurotypical children
