Now hiring a dynamic Preschool Teacher for our Rockledge, FL campus! This is your chance to work in a collaborative classroom alongside Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)—delivering direct instruction and supporting student growth in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting.

• Work side-by-side with RBTs who provide 1:1 behavioral support for students in your classroom


• Receive exclusive training in our ASPIRE program—focused on instructional fluency and cognitive development

• Monitor academic progress and share updates with the Academic Director


• Connect with families through regular updates, conferences, and meetings


• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive classroom environment


• Support school-wide events, open houses, and trainings


• Stay sharp—earn 12 CEUs annually as part of our continuing education plan


• Always keep student safety and well-being top of mind

• Florida DCF 45-Hour Certification (required)


• Experience in early childhood or preschool education


• Strong classroom and behavior management skills


• Confidence working in a team that includes RBTs and clinical professionals


• A clear, positive communication style


• A deep love for teaching and supporting diverse learners


• RBT certification preferred
