Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following:

Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your classroom.

Implementing lesson plans and curriculum.

Overseeing any assistants in the classroom.

Observing and evaluating children.

Interacting with parents, addressing concerns, and providing support.

Keeping your classroom clean, clutter-free, and materials sanitized.

Qualifications:

12 ECE units

Experienced working with children (2 years)

CPR/First Aid preferred

CDA preferred

Mandated Reporter cert

Compensation: $23.50 - $29.00 per hour

Elan Preschool is a unique preschool with a balance of study and play. We have an in-house developed curriculum that focuses on building new skills and gaining competence in them. The curriculum is also balanced for the teachers, with much of it pre-defined for all levels while still allowing areas for teacher creativity. We have an open floor plan that allows teachers to help each others, creating a real team atmosphere and allowing the children to interact with other classes and ages. Our huge playground allows the children to really work off that extra energy which helps them focus and pay attention.

Each center is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the center, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of each center.
