🍎 Your Role as a Preschool Teacher:

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll be at the heart of each child’s learning journey—leading enriching activities, fostering creativity, and building a classroom where every child feels valued and empowered.

You will:

Lead hands-on learning experiences based on a research-backed curriculum that promotes emotional, social, cognitive, and physical growth.

Create a joyful and organized classroom that sparks curiosity and encourages independence.

Build lasting bonds with children and families through thoughtful communication and daily check-ins.

Maintain a secure and nurturing environment that follows all safety standards and supports positive behavior.

Collaborate with teammates to meet individual children’s needs through shared ideas and intentional problem-solving.

Required Physical Abilities:

Must be able to walk, sit, and stand throughout the day

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Must be able to sit on the floor and move quickly to support children

Must be able to see, talk, and hear
