Preschool Teacher (Full-Time)



Location: Monroe, CT
Compensation: $18 - 24 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Create a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment

  • Support each child’s social and emotional development

  • Build positive relationships with families

  • Collaborate with lead teachers and school faculty


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required

  • Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

  • Empathy, dependability, and a team-player mindset

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle young children
