About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dependable Preschool Teachers to join our team in the Kansas City Metro. Our teachers provide safe, engaging, and nurturing environments where children ages 0–5 can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment


• Support children’s development through play-based and structured activities


• Follow lesson plans or daily routines provided by the center


• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times


• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff


• Maintain compliance with all licensing and health/safety requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age


• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred


• At least 12 months of classroom experience in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early education setting


• Must pass required state background checks and health screenings


• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)


• Strong communication skills and commitment to child development
