Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team and provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth, and ensuring the safety and well-being of each child. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the development of motor skills, social skills, language, and cognitive abilities.

- Assist with meal times, nap times, and transitions between activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patient, caring, and energetic with a genuine love for teaching young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
