If you’re looking for flexibility, purpose, and steady part-time hours (16+ per week), this role gives you the chance to shape young children’s lives while keeping balance in your own.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, nurturing care for children from infants to Pre-K


• Follow classroom routines or lesson plans with confidence


• Support teaching teams and contribute to positive learning environments


• Ensure safety, licensing, and compliance standards are met


• Adapt to different classrooms while bringing energy and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old


• 12+ months of classroom experience in a licensed early childhood program


• High school diploma or equivalent required (CDA or degree preferred)


• Must pass background checks and meet health/safety requirements


• Availability for at least 16 hours per week
