The Goddard School of Folsom is a high-quality early childhood education facility, and we’re looking for energetic, caring, creative, and dedicated professionals to join our team of dynamic educators! We currently have openings in our Preschool Program, Bridge Classroom, working with children ages 2½ to 3 1/2 years old. This class is licensed for 1:12 ratio but when we have more than 18 students, we have THREE teachers in the class. We believe in quality of care and as a Goddard Teacher, you’ll collaborate with other passionate educators and truly work as a TEAM.

Exciting things are blooming at our school! We recently opened a brand-new Outdoor Classroom... an innovative 2,000 square foot space designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning in nature. This outdoor learning environment includes garden beds, a mud kitchen, outdoor art easels, a music area, chess/building zones, and so much more. Teachers are encouraged to take lessons outside, inspire exploration, and support all areas of development through movement and play.

Teacher Qualifications:

• CDA or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred


• 12 CORE ECE units is required (3 Infant/Toddler units is always appreciated)


• Prior classroom/preschool experience (minimum 1 year)


• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices


• Energetic, child-friendly personality


• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)


• MUST be a team player


• Highly organized and punctual


• MUST be able to lift up to 40 lbs
