Spend your days with bright and energetic kiddos in your role as an Assistant Teacher at our partner preschool.

Are you a natural teacher or caregiver for young children? Do you giggle and get excited to see the wonder in children's eyes when they play make-believe, do craft projects, or hear a book for the first time? Do you need a flexible part-time schedule?

Associate Teacher positions are available working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. If you have experience as a babysitter, summer nanny, church nursery, camp counselor or the like, we'd like to hear from you! 

You will be eligible for:

• On-the-job training and professional development
• A great resume builder for continued growth to a classroom teacher, private nanny, paraprofessional or similar child-centric careers
• Support from a management team and connection to a community of caregivers
• Teamwork with like-minded individuals who choose rewarding work with children and families

• Care for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 6 years
• Engage in hands-on activities based on the children’s interests and skills
• Ensure the safety and engagement of children within your care
• Work with children of all walks of life and backgrounds
• Quality work in beautiful child care centers with extensive resources and an engaging curriculum

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Pass required state and company background checks
• Willing to get your CPR certification, MMR vaccination, TB test, and COVID-19 vaccination
• Complete online training
• Demonstrated experience working with children or excellent customer service experience
