Presentation Specialist

Design and refine PowerPoint presentations that align with Lam's brand standards and visual identity. Review, proofread, and format slides to ensure consistency and clarity. Update and maintain company-wide presentation templates and decks. Work on executive-level presentations for internal and external engagements. Collaborate directly with executives and stakeholders to ensure keynote messaging and visuals are clear, compelling, and brand-compliant. Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and improve presentations for meetings, events, and executive communications. Identify opportunities to evolve existing materials for stronger impact and brand alignment. Embrace new responsibilities as they emerge. Minimum of five to eight years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a related field. A sincere desire to succeed, grow, and evolve on a demanding and innovative team. Strong design skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (including animations) and Adobe Creative Suite. Proven experience translating complex information into visually engaging, easy-to-understand slides. Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills to work with stakeholders across all levels of the company. Capacity to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing needs. A growth mindset and willingness to experiment with new design approaches.
