The President of Olean General Hospital/Bradford Regional Medical Center, also known as Upper Allegheny Health System (UAHS) works with the UAHS Board and Kaleida leaders to advance new strategies to improve and coordinate processes and operations, reduce costs, grow revenues, and ensure UAHS meets its important mission to those it serves. The UAHS President focuses on continuing to advance this relationship to strengthen how the organization serves the Olean, NY, Bradford, PA, and surrounding communities. In partnership with the UAHS Board and Kaleida Health, the President will oversee the effective operation and strategic positioning of UAHS and further the integration of programs and services within the system. The President ensures that quality patient care and services provided by UAHS meet the needs of the patients, physicians, and the community. The President reports directly to Kaleida Health's EVP/COO.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Healthcare administration, business, medical, legal, finance, public health, or a comparable discipline required. Master's degree preferred. 10 years of leadership experience in a hospital and/or healthcare delivery system with both inpatient and outpatient services. Understands how to best impact regional care through enhancing services and promoting ‘systemness’ across the community. Hospital leadership experience within a union environment preferred.

Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
