The Direct Marketing facility has an apprentice trainee position available for someone who has previous experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. 

Shift: 7PM - 7AM  OR 7PM - 7AM  3 Days 1 WK/ 3-4 Days following week rotating every eight weeks (during rotating schedule may require working seven days straight / $3.00 shift differential for second shift)

• As a trainee assist Press Operator or Roll Tender with daily job functions
• Receive training on specific job duties, responsibilities, and successfully demonstrate knowledge 
• Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running
• Successfully complete computer based training
• Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper
• Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation
• Recycle old/discarded plates
• Learn and provide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operation
• Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recycling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• 1 year previous experience working as a warehouse associate, machine operator, or other manufacturing support
• Requires basic knowledge manufacturing / industrial work pace safety
• Ability to follow instructions, assist in press set up, operation and maintenance
• Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms
• Must have strong communication (verbal and written) and comprehension skills
• Ability to use a computer to complete training courses
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge of shop math or basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide, reading a ruler)

Pay Disclosure Statement:  The pay range for this role at the noted location is $19.07 - $27.60 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
