Press Brake Operator

Clow is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts according to job specifications in a fast-paced production environment.

This is hands-on work involving machine setup, material handling, and part inspection. You’ll work with a Lead as needed while building your knowledge of setups, tooling, and blueprint interpretation.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in producing quality parts, and can stay focused in a consistent, production-driven role.

Shifts Available:

• Shift 14: 2:00pm – 12:00am, Monday – Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
  

Starting Rate of Pay:

• $20.60 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $21.60 per hour.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Set up and operate press brake machines to produce parts to print
• Load parts and run forming operations based on work instructions
• Check parts at required intervals using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Follow blueprints and job specifications to ensure accuracy
• Monitor production and make basic adjustments to maintain quality
• Record job progress and production activity in the ERP system

• 1+ year of manufacturing or press brake experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Basic mechanical aptitude for tooling and machine adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in repetitive work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic computer skills for tracking production activity

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 100 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, material handling, and part movement
• Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
