Press Brake Set Up/ Operater - Immediate Start

### Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operators to join our team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to specifications. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality metal components.

### Duties:

- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine specifications
- Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job
- Load and unload sheet metal into the machine
- Adjust machine settings for different material thicknesses and angles
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of bends
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition
- Inspect finished products for quality compliance
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

### Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role
- Proficient in operating press brake machines and related tools
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
- Familiarity with CNC programming and GD&T principles
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment such as cranes, lathes, plasma cutters, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
