$1000 Bonus 

Starting pay is $30.70 per hour plus shift differential    

Shift: 6pm to 6am, rotating 4 days on and 4 days off

What You’ll Do:

• Service, operate, maintain, overhaul, and monitor sheet feeder, presses, compound liners, elevators, conveyors, compound system, and other pieces of equipment. 

• Maintain production of quality ends as defined in our quality standards.  
• Perform inspection procedures at the scheduled intervals, enter the corresponding data into a Windows computer, and react accordingly to any nonstandard conditions. 
• Demonstrate the ability to efficiently maintain and overhaul assigned equipment.   

We Need You To Have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
• Successfully pass both Battery X Mechanic test as well as our Precision Measuring Test
• A can do, will do attitude.
• A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements.
