Job Summary:
A label company is hiring a skilled and motivated Press Operator to run flexographic printing presses. This role is crucial in producing high-quality labels in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in press operation and a keen eye for color accuracy and print quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses

• Perform color matching, registration, and print quality checks

• Load and align printing plates, rolls, and inks

• Monitor press during runs for consistent print quality

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and printing issues

• Document production details and quality checks

• Work collaboratively with the production team and supervisors

• Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of experience operating flexographic or similar printing presses preferred

• Strong mechanical skills and print process knowledge

• Ability to distinguish colors and spot printing defects

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
