Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Designer. We are seeking a talented and creative Bespoke Floral Designer to join our team. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for designing custom pieces of art that capture the sentiment and quality of our brand. We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible. This role is compensated at $15.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Design bespoke pieces of art using pressed blooms, effectively incorporating client preferences and specifications.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide design recommendations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

• Previous experience in fine arts, design or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to conceptualize branded designs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Teachability and willingness to learn new techniques and approaches
