Job Title: Pressure Wash Technician
Location: Lafayette, LA
Job Type: Full-Time (Evening/Night Shift)

Schedule:

• Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM


• Availability: Some weekends required

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Pressure Wash Technician to join our commercial cleaning team in the Lafayette area. The ideal candidate will have some prior pressure washing experience, be ready to work in a physically demanding role, and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards for commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment


• Clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking garages, and other commercial surfaces


• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment


• Safely handle chemicals and follow safety guidelines


• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Communicate with team leads and complete tasks efficiently


• Follow company procedures and client-specific guidelines


• Maintain a clean and organized work truck and job site

Requirements:

• Previous pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience (minimum 6 months preferred)


• Must be dependable and able to work independently or with a team


• Clear criminal background check required


• Must pass a drug screening


• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended hours


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred


• Willing to work late hours and some weekends
