Job Description - Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Generates weekly schedule for PM services for each BLE location

  • Opens PM work orders and orders PM service kits

  • Ensures PMs are completed with compliance documentation

  • Updates PM work orders and ensures all information is accurate and correctly documented

  • Closes PM work orders after verifying all parts have been received

  • Manages equipment data information and updates database

  • Maintains and enhances equipment inventory database functionality by assisting with open program items.

  • On and off-site project support scheduling and forecasting

  • Maintains construction equipment preventative maintenance schedules for projects

  • Analyzes, interprets, and generates reports including preventative maintenance management control report

  • Monitors equipment PM plan, forecasts and actuals for projects

  • Coordinates with Parts Managers for recommended spare parts lists

  • Follows up on any work orders not being performed in accordance with the established schedule

  • Other job duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Associates degree or administrative certification preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction or heavy equipment service environment required

  • Planning and scheduling experience preferred


TECHNICAL SKILLS



  • Proficient skills in (Word, Excel, Outlook, Wynne (Rentalman), MINCOM, Business Objects, Microsoft Project).

  • Experience in automated system including database and scheduling applications

  • Advances knowledge of PM Management (Tool Utilization and Three week Look Ahead Schedule)

  • Knowledge of telematics.

  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.

  • Knowledge of machine lubricants, mapping, and analyzing.

  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures.

  • Identifying necessary tasks and scheduling work to be done.

  • Also responsible for ensuring that the work is performed to an appropriate quality level and that it complies with company policies, applicable industry standards and legal requirements.
