Preventive Maintenance Technician

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on:

*Guest room fixtures and appliance 

*HVAC systems

*Plumbing and electrical systems

*Check for damage ,mold or stains before painting and caulking

*Inspecting guest rooms 

*Identify potential maintenance issues and resolve them before they escalate

*Maintain records of maintenance schedules,repairs and inspections

*Ensure compliance with safety regulations

*Assist in emergency repair and troubleshooting equipment failure

*Maintain tools,equipment,and inventory of spare parts

*Respond to maintenance request from guest and staff promptly

Working Conditions
