As an Operations Manager, you’ll do more than run a clinic — you’ll lead a team, drive results, and shape life-changing patient experiences. This role is tailor-made for those who thrive on ownership, challenge, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Own your clinic’s success — lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional, patient-first care
• Coach for results — drive team development, hold performance conversations, and build a culture of accountability
• Run a tight ship — manage daily operations, solve workflow challenges, and make quick, smart decisions
• Drive performance — track KPIs, analyze data, and continually push for better outcomes
• Lead with heart — build strong relationships with staff and patients alike
• Refine and improve — implement best practices that streamline operations and elevate experiences

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years in a leadership or operational management role
• Proven success managing performance and achieving KPIs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in coaching and holding others accountable
• Resilience in fast-paced environments
• Ownership mentality — you take pride in outcomes, not just tasks

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in high-touch, people-facing industries (hospitality, wellness, sports)
• Background in performance-driven environments
• Familiarity with administrative systems or scheduling tools
