This position is hybrid based out of our Orlando, FL office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:

• Updating and maintaining the contract database.
• Continual communication with supplier community to secure necessary client documentation.
• Review details of contracts for accuracy and submit based on the distribution timeliness deadlines.
• Enter detailed contracts into the price verification system.
• Run weekly compliance audits for all clients and ensure pricing discrepancy is corrected.
• Communicate with clients and distributors on any discrepancies.
• Retrieve credit for any overcharges from distributors.
• Maintain client pricing agreements, including freight rates (if applicable).
• Responsible for driving out costs that impact client's day to day operations by ensuring pricing pulling with accuracy and if not corrected as quickly as possible to minimize impact.
• Answer telephones, file documents and perform other general clerical duties.
• Consistently practice and maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, suppliers, & clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About you:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Previous data entry experienced preferred
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills - interpersonal and communication.
• Time management and follow through; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and strong work ethic.
