Job Description - Pricing Analyst

At MTSI, our success is driven by a commitment to our people, our values, and the missions we support. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Contracts team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has advanced Excel skills, and excels in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines is key.

Responsibilities

Estimate salaries and build billing rates for data calls and proposals.
Assist in developing and maintaining pricing models and tools to support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, project managers, and solution architects.
Support the implementation of pricing strategies and policies across products or services.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all pricing-related spreadsheets and proposals.
Respond to ad hoc requests for pricing information and analysis from internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain spreadsheets for proposals and internal analysis.

Required Experience

0-2+ years of experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Advanced to expert skills in Excel. The ideal candidate enjoys working extensively in Excel, leveraging advanced formulas, functions, and analytical tools to solve complex business challenges. This individual will be expected to develop creative, data-driven solutions, build reporting and pricing models, and create customized analyses and deliverables that support leadership decision-making.
Flexible with the ability to meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of pricing strategies and market analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem solving and organizational abilities.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Required Clearance

Ability to obtain Secret.

The pay range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. This posting will be renewed periodically until the position is filled.
