Pricing Analyst - Level 2 or 3

Establish fair and reasonable cost analysis positions and negotiation ranges - including completion of supplier proposal compliance review Develop, plan and schedule proposals Coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments Participate in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives Working at Northrop Grumman is more than just a paycheck. Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 0 years of professional experience Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience - OR - PhD with 1 year of professional experience Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance Experience with proposal, pricing for finance Experience with MS Office, specifically MS Excel Knowledge of the government regulations FAR and DFARS Experience working with Basis of Estimate (BOE) and analyzing BOE quality Experience with Excel Pivot Tables, VBA coding and Macros Experience with parametric modeling (such as SEER-SIM, PRICE True Planning, etc.) Proficient in using Deltek Pro-Pricer Experience conducting cost analysis and risk modeling Collaborative mindset Strong communicator Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines Strong problem solving and organizational skills
