This position is responsible for conducting strategic pricing reporting and analysis.About Us

About the Role
The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in driving disciplined pricing execution and analytics across Merit Medical’s global business. This role directly impacts revenue and margin performance by supporting deal pricing, improving pricing processes, and delivering actionable insights that guide commercial decisions.
You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and IT to support the pricing function, analyze pricing performance, and maintain pricing tools and governance structures. The role is focused on translating data into clear recommendations, improving pricing consistency, and enabling the organization to make faster, more informed pricing decisions. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate pricing rationale in a clear, practical way to stakeholders.

Standard office environment with typical physical requirements including sitting, standing, computer use, and occasional lifting consistent with company guidelines.
Compensation
$65,000 – $85,000 base salary + performance bonus + benefits
Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and location.
