Pricing Coordinator

The Pricing Coordinator is an entry-level role that maintains prices in the ERP System and Website. This includes using Excel to update, review, and convert raw data into system upload templates. The Pricing Coordinator also organizes printing and distribution of price tags to stores, and reviews sales transactions for pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities:

The Pricing Coordinator will:

• Update and maintain accurate vendor price lists and products in Excel, ERP system, and website.
• Assist with data mapping, analysis, and conversion.
• Review daily sales transactions for pricing and promotion accuracy.
• Coordinate price tag and marketing material distribution to stores.
• Create new items and vendors as needed, ensuring complete and accurate information. 
• Assist store and merchandising personnel with vendor and pricing inquiries.
• Price and process employee purchase requests.
• Become proficient in purchase order processes and assist the purchase order department during busy periods and when purchase order processor is absent.
• Assist department manager with special projects as needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as filtering and sorting, VLOOKUP, IF, and text to columns.
• Detail oriented, able to process large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.
• Multitasking capabilities.

• Team player.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of NetSuite and/or Alteryx.
• Retail industry experience.
