Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday, Day Hours)

Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year

We are seeking an accomplished and Board Certified Clinical Director in Hartford, CT. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and contributing to the strategic growth of our practice. The position offers a Monday through Friday daytime schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong clinical leadership and oversight for all adult medicine services.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff, including physicians, advanced practice providers, and support personnel.
• Collaborate with administrative leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals.
• Manage patient flow and optimize clinic efficiency.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Handle complex patient cases and provide expert medical consultation.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is required.
• Valid and unrestricted Connecticut medical license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in adult care is required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
