Primary Care Nurse Manager

Rome Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager for our Primary Care practice who is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and their families. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced nursing professional who excels in clinical coordination, team management, and patient advocacy.

Position Overview

The Nurse Manager is responsible for assessing, directing, and coordinating patient care and clinical procedures in a timely, efficient, and empathetic manner across all age groups. This role serves as a key patient advocate and health educator while ensuring excellence in care delivery.

In addition, the Nurse Manager will oversee daily office and clinical operations, including:

• Providing administrative and operational support to staff


• Developing and implementing work plans and workflows


• Supporting the Director with assigned projects and initiatives


• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards


• Assisting with the development and implementation of procedures and best practices

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing


• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hire


• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred


• Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred
