Experienced primary care nurse practitioner needed to work with an Integrated Medicine Primary Care Practice located in a Brand New Medical Building on hospital campus.

Practitioner has the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients of all ages.

Assess patient care needs to identify potential or existing problems and/or complications and to determine the needs of the patient in a professional, caring manner

Full time (36 clinical hours), Practice hours are 7:00 am -7: 00 pm Monday –Friday, no nights, no weekends and no call (Flexible Schedule)

Base $90,000- $105,000 with Bonus incentive
