Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient Primary Care


• Highly competitive base compensation of $135,000 - $144,000 DOE + production bonus in year two

What We’re Looking For - Minimum Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) 


• Passion for Primary Care and patient-centered care delivery


• Interest in building lasting relationships within a community
  


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  


• Open to both experienced providers and motivated new graduates
