• Schedule 8-5:30 M-F (have been flexible with 4x10hr shifts. Last Appt. ends at 4:40p
• EMR: NextGen
• NO Call
• Ea. visit 30 minutes Avg. -Annual Wellness visits 1hr 12-15 patients a day/ Complex patients seen 6-8x’s a year
• Patient Demographic: Mostly Seniors. Some Peds.
• Independent Primary care center not affiliated with the hospital
• Uses With Anthem PicassoMD for referrals
• Partner w/LabCorp
• Urgent Care Center next door
• Pay Range: $230-$250k Base + 10% Bonus
• Full benefits, Free Urgent Care, 401k, 1wk. CME + 4wks. PTO + 6 paid holidays

Requirements

• MD/DO
• Clear/ Active Medical License in state of practice
• Active DEA license
• Board certified in FM or IM
• Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care setting
