Earning Potential: $250,000 - $276,000+ (wRVU bonuses)

We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a Primary Care Physician at a thriving outpatient clinic in the heart of Sonoma, CA. Clinic Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. (Weekends are for wine tasting, not charting.)
• Patient mix: 48% adult, 50% geriatric, 2% pediatric. (The kiddos are adorable; the adults are grateful; and the seniors? They’ve got the best stories.)
• Procedures we love: Geriatrics, pediatrics, splinting, employment physicals, disability/workers comp exams, EKG and X-ray interpretation, and more.
• Collaborative on-site interview process with physician leadership and operations management.

Requirements

• Clear/ Active license 
• Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine 
• Active DEA license 
• Experience working in a primary care, outpatient setting a plus but not required. 
• Will accept 2025 residents! 
• Can interpret EKGs and X-rays like a pro.
• Enjoys solving acute, chronic, and complex cases while providing compassionate care.
