• Patient Demographics: All Ages

• Patient Volume: 20

• Procedures:

- Surgical: Suturing of Minor Lacerations, I&D

- Psychiatric: Uncomplicated Adult, however BH provider on site

- GYN: Pelvic Exam/Pap Smear (preferred)

• Emergency Supplies: Defibrilator, Airway

• No. of Exam Rooms: 6

• Lab, POC Testing, & Phlebotomy onsite

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:

- IM Physician available virtually

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active VA License

• BC/BE

• BLS
