- (Beaumont, Conroe, Galveston, Richmond, Tomball, Lake Jackson, Lufkin, Texas City, Katy, Sugar land, Humble)

• Service Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient (1 inpatient hospital and 11 outpatient clinics)

• Coverage Period: Potential for a long term contract

• Coverage Type: Clinical Only

• Clinical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am to 4:30pm

• Patient Demographics: Adults

• % of Practice: 100% Direct Patient Care

• EMR: CPRS

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S territory

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• BLS(AHA)

• ACLS(AHA)

• DEA Certificate

• NPI
