Position Type: Full-time, Outpatient Only | Location: Greenville, South Carolina | Compensation: $225,000 - $285,000

Position Overview

Join an elite, physician-led concierge medical practice where you can practice medicine the way it was meant to be - focusing on building meaningful patient relationships and delivering exceptional care. Our membership-based model allows physicians to maintain a balanced patient panel while providing comprehensive, personalized healthcare services.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a limited panel of 8-10 patients daily
• Develop and maintain long-term therapeutic relationships with patients
• Lead a dedicated healthcare team in delivering integrated wellness services
• Participate in equitable on-call rotation with colleague coverage
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists including nutritionists, mental health providers, and exercise physiologists
• Implement preventive care strategies and patient education initiatives
• Maintain detailed electronic medical records and documentation

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current, unrestricted South Carolina medical license
• Minimum 5 years of primary care experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
