Primary Care Physician

We are looking for a committed Primary Care Physician to join our thriving clinical team in Fort Mill, SC. This full-time role is essential for providing patient-centered care across both routine primary care and urgent care services. You will manage a diverse patient population, addressing acute and chronic conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare in a supportive, community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver urgent care services efficiently to meet immediate patient needs
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies to inform individualized treatment plans
• Conduct routine wellness exams, immunizations, and chronic disease management for long-term health
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to optimize clinic operations and patient flow
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Educate patients on preventive care and lifestyle interventions to support optimal health

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible for an unrestricted South Carolina Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred
• Previous experience in primary care, urgent care, or high-volume outpatient settings
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent bedside manner, and collaborative teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a diverse patient panel while balancing efficiency and quality of care

• Salary range: $200,000–$280,000 per year
