Primary Care Physician

A 42-year-old Independent, Physician Driven, and Professionally Managed Primary Care group located in greater Jacksonville is looking for a full-time Physician to join the team!

We are the second largest primary care group in North Florida.

The candidate will be inheriting an Existing Patient Panel from a Physician who is retiring.

Responsibilities Include:

• Primary Care work with a mixed patient population
• Hours of Operation – 8 am to 5 pm, M-F with flexibility
• Average patient load 18-28 patients per day
• Required to be available for call coverage once every 10 weeks (1st call goes to Extenders so Physician call if any, is very light)
• Care Team Model in place so Extenders do most of the work (we work with Top of License MA’s and Medical Staff)

• Competitive Above Market Compensation, with a Six Month Guarantee, that transitions to a Productivity Model.

• $25,000 Life Insurance policy, at no cost to the Physician
• $60.00 Monthly cell phone allowance
• Willing to pay a Sign on Bonus and/or Relocation Expenses based on the quality of the candidate

Certifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible if just out of residency
