The Opportunity

You'll provide outpatient primary care across two community practices in New York's Finger Lakes region, splitting your time between Seneca Falls and Clyde. As part of a physician-led organization, you'll deliver continuity-focused Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to established patient populations in an outpatient-only setting with light shared call coverage.

Your Day-to-Day

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients in Seneca Falls and Clyde
• Manage a full panel including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
• Share light phone call coverage with fellow health system physicians

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
